The Stables Café
At the Stables Café, 350 metres matters. It is the short distance to Mount Congreve’s walled and kitchen gardens—and where our menu begins. Wherever possible, ingredients are grown, harvested, and foraged close by, letting the gardens shape what appears on your plate. When produce cannot be sourced on the estate, we work with trusted local and Irish producers, measured in kilometres and clearly marked on the menu - so you can see exactly how far your food has travelled, from garden to plate.
